Many people have a habit of sleeping late and having irregular sleep patterns.
When you are awake your eyes are working continuously. They blink and get tired.
Adequate sleep is so much necessary to get your eyes back to normal.
When there is a lack of sleep, dryness sets in. There is gritty sensation as if something is rubbing inside the eye. Sand particles moving in the eyes.
Redness due to tiredness and dryness.
Drooping of eye lids.
Dark Circles.
And inability to concentrate next day.
So adequate sleep is very very necessary.
